Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Tech Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support for a variety of MFPs, IT related software and hardware technologies. This role requires exceptional customer service, time management, and troubleshooting skills.

You will diagnose and resolve issues related to print drivers, connectivity, and shared folders, while coordinating with other technicians to ensure prompt resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical training; 2+ years IT helpdesk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of end users.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MFPs, IT software, and hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; assist with print drivers, connectivity, and shared folders.
• Track, route, and escalate IT-related issues to appropriate resources.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and discretion in handling customer information.
