Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews to ensure ROI and outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and align needs with additional products/services.
• Partner with Sales for account planning and seamless handoffs.
• Track and report customer health, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Lead multi-team onboarding projects and drive successful implementation.
