Role includes leading onboarding, adoption, and strategy discussions, with up to 25% travel.

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech
• Ability to travel up to 25% for executive business reviews

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts with executive-level engagement
• Develop and execute multi-year customer success plans to drive ROI and value
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell with Sales
• Lead onboarding projects and drive product adoption across teams
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product/Engineering
• Track health metrics and report status to stakeholders
