Job summary

NASCAR is seeking an Admissions Quality Assurance Coordinator to support QA and operational processes for ticketing across tracks. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and customer-focus in a fast-paced sports environment.

Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams. Evening, weekend, and travel may be required to support race weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in ticketing operations, customer service, QA, or admin support.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, CRM systems, Workday, or similar apps preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality checks and reconcile ticketing systems and reports.
• Monitor admissions portals, websites, phone and AI chat for accuracy and functionality.
• Support financial controls by monitoring chargebacks and processing invoices.
• Assist admissions operations with ticket allocations, complimentary tickets, and testing.
• Support secret shopper evaluations, quality reporting, and issue identification.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and provide admin support.
