Job summary

National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is seeking a Coordinator for Ticket Operations to support day-to-day leadership and staff in ticketing processes, fulfillment, and special projects. You will maintain data accuracy, assist event operations, and drive improvements for a seamless customer experience across all NASCAR events.

Responsibilities include auditing builds and pricing, managing inventory, and supporting weekend operations while collaborating with Marketing and other

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.
• Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
• Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls daily.
• Oversee inventory management across all events and daily ticket allocation reviews.
• Manage and process all Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts.
