Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator, Ticket Operations, to support day‑to‑day ticketing activities, customer service initiatives, and fulfillment for all events at our venues. You will help maintain ticketing system accuracy, support event operations, and drive process improvements.

The role requires flexibility for race weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning pricing updates, inventory reviews, staff coordination, and collaboration with Marketing to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Operations leadership with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.
• Assist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.
• Provide support for special projects such as venue reseating, declined payment plans, and other department-wide initiatives.
• Audit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls daily.
• Maintain ticket system price code management: adding products, updating pricing, and setting access permissions.
• Oversee inventory management and daily ticket allocations across events.
• Manage Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts and oversee Ticketmaster Account Manager processes.
• Monitor inquiries in the ticket operations inbox and respond in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience by fixing broken links and reviewing purchase flows.
