Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee ticketing operations at concert venues across the United States. The role demands strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to interact professionally with management, partners, and guests.

Travel may be required for this position. Responsibilities include leading Box Office staff, maintaining accurate accounting records, managing ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager, TM1),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Box Office manager or representative.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and cash management.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager, and TM1.
• Ability to lead and manage staff under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ticketing matters at assigned venues.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of Box Office staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies in ticket operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and event stakeholders on ticketing needs.
• Oversee events: sales, Will Call, scanning, and reporting.
• Maintain high staff morale and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure ADA compliant ticketing practices.
