Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee daily operations, including Will Call, ticket sales, and scanning. You will support staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and coordinate with Ticketmaster and venue departments to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management required.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Cash Handling and customer service.
• Leadership, management and teamwork skills.
• Tolerance of diverse cultures and artistic environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily & nightly Box Office operations.
• Support staff and ensure effective training.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Ticketmaster and venue staff across departments.
• Handle inventory for ticketed events and pricing offers.
• Interact with artists and management; provide reports as needed.
