Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Box Office Lead in Oakland to supervise a team of ticket sellers and oversee box office operations. You will handle group sales, consignment, comps, and reporting, including event-night briefings and pre-interviews of new hires.

The role requires leadership experience in a box office environment, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Ticketmaster/AXS. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Experience in a Box Office role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Ticketmaster and AXS (preferred).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close box office as necessary.
• Prepare seller briefing and event-night windows.
• Serve as first contact for ticket resolution for sellers and patrons.
• Sell tickets via Ticketmaster or AXS as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
• Lead and set an example for ticket sellers.
• Process ticket orders (group, consignment, comps, sales) and send reports.
• Pre-interview potential new hires.
