The Touring Company is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to lead ticketing operations across live events. You will design and implement ticketing strategies, manage holds, and collaborate with artist teams, venues, and marketing to maximize sales and fan satisfaction.

Responsibilities include revenue optimization, daily reporting, staff training, and overseeing box offices for seasonal and special events. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in ticketing and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in music/entertainment ticketing and event ops.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong background in box office management and arena ticketing.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, AXS, or similar.
• Understanding of budgeting for ticketing operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Professional.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
