AEG Presents in Los Angeles seeks a Director of Ticketing to oversee all ticketing operations for tours, optimize pricing, and collaborate with venue partners. The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of ticketing platforms to drive revenue and guest experience.

The position reports to senior management and involves coordination with artist teams and internal revenue groups, with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related work experience in entertainment and management.
• Experience in arena and/or stadium ticketing; box office a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AXS, Ticketmaster, and other platforms.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro.
• Experience in live music industry and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee ticketing operations for assigned tours with venue box offices.
• Review and approve events before tickets go on sale; advise on pricing/scaling.
• Monitor sales, opens, and holds through show day; review expense reports.
• Manage ticket prices with revenue/artist teams during event day.
• Oversee Premium Ticketing build and generate ticketing information sheets.
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple ticketing platforms.
