Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms including Front Gate Tickets and competitors
• 3+ years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs and data reporting
• Excellent organization and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ticketing pages from conception through to settlement
• Manage on-site box office operations and staff
• Provide daily ticket counts, buyer reports, and internal tracking data
• Create and adhere to operating budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit programs
