Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Ticketing Manager to oversee ticketing operations across venues and events, coordinating with service centers, marketing, group sales, and sponsors. The role reports to the Ticketing Director and the Event Producer for box office operations.

You will build ticketing pages, manage on-site box office, forecast expenses, and ensure compliance with all company policies while leading staff across locations. This remote role requires travel to various site locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations.
• Advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms including Front Gate Tickets or similar.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to travel and work across multiple site locations.
• Proactive problem solving with urgency for projects big and small.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ticketing pages from conception through settlement for events.
• Partner with promoters to identify revenue opportunities.
• Supply daily ticket counts, buyer reports, and internal tracking data.
• Process comp orders for community partners and sponsors.
• Manage on-site box office operations and staff across conditions.
• Forecast expenses and communicate budget changes to producers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and audit programs.
