Job summary

Insomniac, a premier dance music producer, seeks a Ticketing Manager to oversee ticketing operations across events. You will coordinate with the service center, marketing, group sales, sponsorship, and vendors, reporting to the Ticketing Director and Event Producer.

Candidates should have 3+ years in large-scale festival production, advanced Excel skills, experience with Front Gate or similar platforms, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ticketing platforms (Front Gate Tickets or similar).
• Advanced Excel with formulas, PivotTables and data extraction.
• 3+ years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations.
• Customer service experience for large-scale ticketed events.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to last-minute changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ticketing pages from conception through settlement, including layaway plans and third-party allocations.
• Collaborate with promoters to identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide daily ticket counts, buyer reports, and maintenance data for internal tracking.
• Process comps for community partners, sponsors, and key groups.
• Submit design tickets and inventory including wristbands and add-ons.
• Manage on-site box office operations; hire and supervise staff; adapt to weather.
• Develop and adhere to budgets; forecast expenses; communicate changes to producers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit programs; safeguard cash and credentials.
• Frequent travel will be required (economy).
