Position Summary

The Guest Services Representative is assigned to the Guest Experience Department and may receive direction, guidance, and support from the department via supervisors, managers, and the Stadium Manager. Primary responsibilities include welcoming guests to the event, reviewing and validating tickets upon entry, directing/escorting guests to their seats efficiently and professionally, answering questions, and proactively engaging with guests.

This role pays an hourly wage of $14.00. Benefits for PT roles include a 401(k) savings plan and matching. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no deadline.

About The Venue

Founded in 2021, Lexington SC Stadium is an American professional soccer team based in Lexington, KY. Lexington SC Stadium opened in September 2024, in time for the organization’s first USL season.

Responsibilities

• Validate each guest’s ticket in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist guests as they enter the facility, direct them to their assigned seat or seating area, and intervene in resolving patron‑seating issues.
• Monitor perimeter doors/gates of the facility to prevent unauthorized, non‑ticketed individuals from gaining access to the event.
• Provide guests with general information concerning the event and related services such as concession stands, restrooms, and first aid.
• Monitor aisles to maintain fire code safety regulations regarding pedestrian access and movement.
• Guide guests to exits and/or provide other instructions or assistance in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
• Act as the first-line contact for guest requests and assistance.
• Distribute programs and promotional brochures as needed.
• Engage each guest to provide the best overall experience.
• Perform other general customer service duties as required.
