Job summary

Bristol Mountain is seeking a friendly lift attendant to greet guests and ensure smooth loading at the lift area.

You will verify RFID tickets, resolve scanning issues, and report problems to supervision as needed. You must stay professional, engage guests positively, and assist with other duties during shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Confident with quick problem-solving skills.
• Understand product offerings and how they relate to lift access.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and work outdoors.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift.

• Resolve scanning issues with guests and report problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager if needed.
• Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone.
• Check equipment for safety: ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Be friendly and outgoing while maintaining courtesy.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift
• Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet
• Works with guests to resolve scanning issues and reports problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager (or their designees) as needed
• Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone
• Checks for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles)
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Must be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times
• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
• Assist with other duties as needed
