Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift.
• Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet.
• Resolve scanning issues and report problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager.
• Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone.
• Check for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (brakes, leashes, safety straps).
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Be friendly and outgoing while maintaining courtesy.
• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
