Bristol Mountain is seeking a Lift Attendant to assist guests with lift loading and unloading, while prioritizing safety and a positive guest experience. You will conduct lift inspections, assist with track maintenance, and verify tickets and passes.

The role requires professional presentation and a friendly, outgoing manner to help guests have a memorable day on the slopes. Applicants should be at least 18, enjoy outdoor work in all weather, and wear appropriate clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in loading and unloading from the lift.
• Ensure the safety of guests at all times.
• Conduct open and close inspections of the lift.
• Perform regular track maintenance.
• Check tickets and season passes for validity.
• Check equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps & baskets).
• Maintain loading area of the lifts.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Be friendly and outgoing while courteous at all times.
• Work with guests to create a positive memory.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in loading and unloading from the lift

• Maintain loading area of the lifts

• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must have a heightened sense of safety and ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Must have appropriate clothing for working in all weather conditions
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Hours:
• Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
• Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability

Pay: $16.00/hr.
