North Texas SC is seeking an experienced Ticket Sales Representative to drive revenue through themed events, grassroots efforts, and traditional sales channels. The role focuses on Mansfield Stadium games for the 2026 season, with the office located in Mansfield, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, the ability to prospect, and grow ticket sales in the DFW area, including engagement at games and events. Weekend, nights, and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably ticket sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, sell, and execute ticket sales events for home games at Mansfield Stadium.
• Identify sales prospects and contacts through multiple resources.
• Initiate new business from internal leads and develop daily/weekly sales plans.
• Present new business proposals to C-level executives and maintain client relationships.
• Attend local networking events to build a strong DFW-area network.
• Coordinate payment and delivery of tickets for events.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in sales and events.
• Work weekends and holidays according to game schedule and events.
