Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent for seasonal work at The Depot and On-Mountain Sales locations. You will handle lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, event tickets, and more in a fast-paced team setting.

This role requires strong guest service skills, a knowledge of resort offerings, and the ability to guide guests with recommendations. Housing options and seasonal perks are available.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Resort and sales experience preferred.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.

Pay: $15.25 per hour
Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
