Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to warmly greet guests, handle phone inquiries and POS transactions, and help guests find the perfect gear for their mountain adventures.

You will restock and merchandise, share product knowledge in store clinics, support cycle counts and receiving, and maintain a safe, organized shop floor, while enjoying on-mountain housing options and a rich perks program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with guests, efficiently handling phone inquiries, and managing all POS transactions with accuracy.
• Restock items as needed, merchandising products correctly, provide inventory insights, and participate in store clinics to gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Support inventory management through weekly cycle counts, and receiving and verifying merchandise.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
• Notify the supervisor of supply needs and report any internal issues.
• Execute opening and closing tasks, as well as other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.
