Wilson Warbirds is seeking an Account Executive – Ticket Sales to sell new ticket packages and single game tickets, while retaining season ticket clients. You will generate sales by contacting new accounts and maintaining relationships through CRM communications, calls, emails, and events at home games.

You will manage leads from the model, follow up on sales leads, assign seat locations, process payments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and sellout goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years related sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain contact with assigned ticket accounts to provide superior service and retain accounts.
• Sell ticket offerings to individuals, businesses, organizations, and others to build revenue.
• Build relationships via outreach, seat visits, and campaigns; manage CRM records.
• Follow up on leads to sell new ticket accounts and process payments.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategic planning with peers.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of accounts; identify new market opportunities.
• Support sales campaigns with ideas for new sales and retention initiatives.
• Provide game-day assistance and support at home games.
