Job summary

Los Angeles Kings are seeking a Ticket Operations Associate to support day-to-day ticketing operations and administrative tasks. You will work under Ticket Operations leadership to maintain strong relationships with fans, partners, venue staff, and team executives, contributing to a high standard of customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work regular office hours and event hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ticket Operations team with daily operational and administrative functions.
• Assist with game-day operations for home games and special events.
• Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales, service and ticket operations.
• Assist with preparation of financial reconciliation reports, chargeback disputes, and other revenue-related items.
• Assist with validation of pricing/offers/events within the ticketing system.
• Formulate and complete special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
