Job summary

AEG, on behalf of the Los Angeles Kings, seeks a Membership Service Executive, Ticket Sales & Service. This role focuses on building relationships with Season Ticket Members to maximize revenue through renewals, new sales, cross-selling groups, partial plans, and single seats.

You will meet sales targets, handle inquiries, and engage in game-day activities to deliver exceptional fan experiences. Strong customer service and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred).
• 0-2 years entry level related work experience.
• Prior experience with a professional sports organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renew and increase season ticket revenue; provide high-level service to members.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, mail, etc.; handle exchanges and add-ons.
• Conduct numerous sales calls daily; make touchpoints per account and generate new revenue via referrals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Utilize CRM to track relationships and keep profiles up-to-date.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity requirements.
• Perform game-day duties including entertaining clients and staffing ticket sales booths.
