Job summary

LA Kings in Los Angeles is seeking a Ticket Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations, assist with game-day duties, and maintain strong relationships with fans, partners, venue staff, and team executives to elevate service. The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, an AA/AS degree (BA/BS preferred) in sports management or business, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation is $19 per hour with benefits

Qualifications

AA/AS Degree (2-year) in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of related work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn required business systems.

Responsibilities

Support Ticket Operations with daily operational and admin tasks, using required software and procedures.
Assist with game day operations for home games and events to uphold guest service standards.
Identify processing efficiencies for sales, service and ticket operations.
Assist with preparation of financial reconciliation reports and revenue-related items.
Validate pricing/offers/events within the ticketing system.
Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
