Job summary

LA Kings is seeking a Membership Service Account Executive to manage season ticket accounts, renewals, and new sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on enhancing loyalty, renewing memberships, cross-selling groups and partial plans, and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Renew season tickets and increase account revenue while delivering service.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, mail, and ticketing questions.
• Make high numbers of sales calls; pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to track relationships and keep profiles up to date.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals; participate in game-day activities.
• Represent the club during game nights and at events.
