Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a customer-focused Box Office Associate to join our Concerts division. You will balance daily sales, assist with pricing, and support Will Call and guest list operations.

You will work with the Ticketmaster host system, maintain spreadsheets, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service for events while upholding ADA compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling and customer service fundamentals.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile daily ticket sales and cash drawers.
• Assist pricing initiatives such as Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic and Special Offers.
• Support Will Call, Guest List operations and ADA accommodations.
• Operate the Ticketmaster host system for sales and related tasks.
• Maintain accurate daily ticket counts and reports; assist with audits.
