Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Colorado seeks a field-based THV Sales Specialist to develop the THV market and partner with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to improve physician proficiency and patient outcomes.

The role demands advanced interventional cardiology knowledge, strong sales skills, and the ability to train staff, oversee site selection, and coordinate training with the Education team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience in interventional cardiology devices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the THV market in Colorado.
• Partner with Field Clinical Specialists and Regional Director to ensure physician proficiency and positive patient outcomes.
• Drive THV product penetration and create new business with customers.
• Coordinate site selection, training, and proctoring with Education team.
• Present patient selection criteria to Cardiologists and Surgeons.
• Be accountable for achieving sales targets.
• Monitor activity and prepare forecasts by account, product, and therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and execute marketing/launch strategies.
• Oversee inventory management (ordering, shipping, swaps, scrapping).
