Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a field-based sales professional to develop the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) market in a defined territory. You will partner with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to ensure physicians and staff achieve expert proficiency and positive patient outcomes.

The role requires deep interventional cardiology knowledge, strong sales capabilities, and the ability to train clinicians while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience or equivalent, as per Edwards criteria.
• Medical Device industry experience or equivalent, per Edwards criteria.
• Expertise in catheter-delivered technology and hands-on clinician training preferred.
• Established network in the interventional cardiology market preferred.
• Proven track record closing technical medical sales.
• Sales or clinical support experience launching a new technology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Develop the THV market in the assigned territory.
• Partner with Field Clinical Specialists and Regional Director to guide device use and clinician proficiency.
• Meet sales targets and drive THV product penetration in territory.
• Coordinate site selections, training, and proctoring with Education team following Sales & Education strategy.
• Present patient selection to Cardiologists and Surgeons; ensure accurate customer records.
• Execute Edwards marketing and product launch strategies and manage inventory, shipments, swaps, and scrapping.
