Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a field-based THV Market Developer to drive the transcatheter heart valve program within a defined territory. You will partner with Field Clinical Specialists and the Regional Director to educate clinicians on device use and achieve growth targets.

The role requires deep interventional cardiology experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to train staff and proctor procedures. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience in selling innovative products to cath labs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop the THV market within an assigned territory.
• Partner with Field Clinical Specialists and Regional Director to guide device use.
• Drive THV product penetration, create new business with new customers.
• Coordinate site selection, training, and proctoring with Education team.
• Present patient selection to Cardiologists and Surgeons; achieve sales targets.
• Monitor activity, forecast by account/product/therapy and manage Proctor visits.
• Execute Edwards marketing and product launch strategies; manage inventory.
