Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must hold a valid Driver's license, able to pass MVR report and have access to a motor vehicle.
• Must pass background check (Criminal History & Sex Offender Registry).
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Takes active role with Store Manager in day-to-day store operations (opening/closing, POS, inventory, donations).
• Assumes daily operations in the Store Manager's absence including personnel and cash handling.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive sales and profitability as budgeted.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and coordinate daily meetings; manage payroll records and time/attendance.
