Job summary

The Salvation Army Tucson is hiring a part-time position in Waipahu, Hawaii, offering $16.50 per hour. As part of the Retail Team, you will take an active role in day-to-day operations, supervising employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have previous retail and supervisory experience, with a high school diploma or GED required. You will contribute to an impactful retail environment while supporting our community programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one-year previous retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s license, be able to show proof of insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to Store Employees.
• Ensure Customer/Donor needs are met with quick and efficient service.
