Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across the sales floor. You will work with the store leadership team to create a positive, productive environment and model high standards for performance and reliability.

You will train and coach Retail Supervisors, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor performance, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations on the sales floor.
• Manage the floor schedule and staffing to meet business needs.
• Train and mentor retail supervisors and support staff.
