Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure backroom-to-floor product flow while maintaining store standards and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes driving sales, coaching performance, and fostering a friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High-level computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS).
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations on the sales floor.
• Manage the retail floor schedule for adequate coverage.
• Ensure backroom product is displayed on the floor efficiently.
• Drive sales and profitability by optimizing processes and customer experience.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train, develop, and mentor retail supervisors; coach performance.
• Manage staffing levels and onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
