Job summary

RWB Thrift is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales floor team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will work with store leadership to drive sales, uphold standards, and deliver a positive shopping experience.

You will train and develop Retail Supervisors, monitor performance, and manage staffing, scheduling, and compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align retail goals with overall store

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Teams, Outlook and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and maintain a visually appealing floor.
• Manage the retail floor schedule for adequate coverage.
• Ensure backroom products are displayed on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and optimize customer experience.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and improvements.
• Train and mentor retail supervisors.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and labor practices.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Production Manager on goals.
