Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise daily store operations, lead the sales floor team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales, maintain standards, and create a positive, dynamic work environment.

You will oversee training of Retail Supervisors, monitor staffing, and drive productivity while upholding company policies and safety standards across the thrift store.
