Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Thrift/retail/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, keep floor organized and stocked.
• Manage floor schedule for coverage and business needs.
• Display backroom products on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and profitability by optimizing retail processes.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train, develop and mentor retail supervisors.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and ensure fair processes.
• Ensure supervisors have skills to meet sales targets.
• Manage staffing levels and accommodate fluctuations.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
