The Salvation Army thrift store in Key West seeks an experienced supervisor to manage daily operations, staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with store policies. You will train volunteers, handle cash, process donations, and maintain neat displays to maximize revenue while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, reconciling deposits, and coordinating donation pickups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years progressively responsible retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision preferred.
• Experience training and leading volunteers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administers and monitors day‑to‑day thrift store operations; trains volunteers and staff.
• Schedules and assigns work for Store Clerks and volunteers; ensures policy compliance.
• Assists customers with pricing/purchasing and explains store policies; maintains customer experience.
