Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years progressively responsible experience in a retail environment.
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity within retail preferred.
• Arkansas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, administering, monitoring, and evaluating day-to-day thrift store operations.
• Lead staff and volunteers, train personnel, and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare displays, rotate stock, and manage pricing for inventory.
• Handle cash register operations, deposits, and daily sales reporting.
• Oversee store security and accountability of funds and donated items.
