Job summary
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Thrift Store Supervisor in Billings, MT to oversee daily store and production operations, meet production goals, maintain quality, support customer service and staff, and ensure donations and merchandise are handled properly.
This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Manager and leads Sales Associates, Production Lead, Driver, volunteers; requires high school diploma, 2+ years in retail/warehouse/production, and strong leadership.
Qualifications
- Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work across production and sales functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; business coursework or degree preferred; 2+ years retail/warehouse/production experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff on sales floor, production, and receiving areas to meet daily goals.
- Assist with quality assurance and customer service issue resolution; cross-department support as needed.
- Train staff, monitor performance, and provide corrective feedback; ensure safety and organization.
