Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of store management experience.
• Experience budgeting and processing cash.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management (40%): Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, staff supervision, and policies compliance.
• Inventory & Merchandising (30%): Supervise sorting, pricing, and display of donated goods for optimal inventory and appeal.
• Customer Service (10%): Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle inquiries and maintain welcoming atmosphere.
• Sales & Marketing (10%): Develop merchandising strategies, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue.
• Facility Maintenance (5%): Ensure building and property are well maintained and coordinate needed repairs.
• Community & Donor Relations (5%): Build relationships with donors and local businesses to boost donations.
