Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of store management experience.
• Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: open/close procedures, cash handling, staff supervision, policy compliance.
• Inventory & Merchandising: sort, price, and display donated goods for optimal inventory and appeal.
• Customer Service: address inquiries/complaints and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Sales & Marketing: develop merchandising strategies, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue.
• Facility Maintenance: ensure building condition and coordinate repairs with supervisor.
• Community & Donor Relations: build relationships with donors and local businesses.
