Responsibilities

• Inventory & Merchandising (30%): Supervise sorting, pricing, and display of donated goods to optimize inventory and appeal.
• Customer Service (10%): Maintain high customer satisfaction and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Sales & Marketing (10%): Develop and implement merchandising strategies, promotions, and events to drive revenue.
• Facility Maintenance (5%): Ensure building and property are well maintained with needed repairs.
• Community & Donor Relations (5%): Build relationships with donors and community partners to promote The Salvation Army’s mission.
