Humane Society of Southern Arizona is seeking a Thrift Store Lead to oversee daily operations at the Thrift Store location. You will supervise volunteers, assist with merchandising, manage cash handling, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety.

The role requires a High School diploma, retail experience, and a valid Arizona driver's license. You may train volunteers and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive donations and community outreach.

Formación

• High School graduate.
• Furniture repair, minor maintenance experience preferred.
• Retail/Re-sale experience preferred.
• Any combination of training and experience demonstrating expertise for the position.
• Possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license and driving record acceptable to HSSA insurance carrier.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Humane Society of Southern Arizona professionally and warmly.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Promote repeat business through strong customer relations.
• Enforce store safety, cleanliness, and health rules.
• Assist the Store Manager on projects like merchandising and events.
• Process incoming merchandise, sorting, cleaning, and repairs of goods.
