Job summary

Salvation Army Tucson is looking for a full-time Retail Supervisor at the Alhambra Thrift Store. This position involves overseeing daily store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting the Store Manager with staffing and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience required.
• Must hold a valid Driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Assumes responsibility for store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Assists with hiring, training, and directing store team.
