Job summary

Silver Key Senior Services seeks a Retail Team Lead to manage the thrift store during assigned shifts, uphold SOPs, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires leading volunteers, processing donations, and handling daily cash with accuracy in a fast-paced, community-minded environment.

You will work as a key holder reporting to the Retail Manager and Director of Retail Operations, participate in ongoing training, and help grow the store while maintaining safety and efficiency on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of retail and cash handling experience.
• Two years of volunteer leadership experience.
• Additional college coursework in business or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an extraordinary customer service experience in a warm, organized store.
• Serve as key holder and manage store operations during shifts.
• Train and supervise volunteers to maintain productivity.
• Manage donation processing and DME inventory and pricing.
• Handle daily cash, reconcile registers, and deposits as assigned.
• Collaborate with Retail Supervisor to support store growth.
