Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Southern Arizona in Tucson is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, train staff, manage cash handling, price merchandise, and assist donors and customers. The role supports mission-driven services and requires adaptability and leadership.

The position is full-time and requires a high school diploma or GED with retail and supervisory experience, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of retail experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of merchandising trends; ability to operate a cash register, count money, and make change.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid; clearance to work with DD clients within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate GISA's values at all times.
• Secure cash, receipts, deposits, and keys as assigned.
• Assist in scheduling and daily task organization.
• Recruitment and selection support as needed.
• Communicate with customers and donors as needed.
• Oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager.
