Jubilee Ministries Inc. in Shillington, PA is seeking a dependable Thrift Store Assistant Manager to join our new thrift store team. The role supports store operations, supervises staff, and ensures merchandise displays are well organized.

You will assist with customer issues, cash register coverage, and opening/closing duties, while embodying our mission to serve through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store Assistant Manager to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team.

What You'll Do

Assist the manager in store operations and supervise staff, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.
Participate in staff meetings and team building.
