Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Able to handle cash and operate a register.
Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at store and dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management with customer concerns and returns.
Open/close store and dock as instructed.
Keep shelves full and displayed; maintain clean, organized space.
Process donations according to policy and assist with loading donations.

What You’ll Do

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations.
