Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in the United States is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to support daily operations and provide friendly, faith-centered service.

You will assist in merchandise presentation, cash operations, and customer care while upholding our Christian values and mission to serve those affected by incarceration. This full-time role offers shifts Monday–Saturday, compensation of $19.00/hour, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Assist the manager with store operations and staff supervision, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.
Be part of staff meetings and team-building.
